Training is an important part of your HACCP program.  Staff awareness is paramount to the success of your HACCP program.  

Staff at Food Safety Directions are experienced in in house training programs for food safety and quality, and hold current Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. We can provide training in the current Food Processing Training Package in the VET system, or develop specific training programs to suit your needs.

 

Food Safety Supervisor

Under the Food Act 2006, all licensable food businesses are required to have a Food Safety Supervisor. There are some exceptions including community non profit organisations and cake stalls.  For information about Food Safety Supervisor go to www.health.qld.gov.au/industry/food
